How the support thread works
Open the contact desk
Tap Open support desk. The thread loads with a welcome message from the operator desk and a private access key generated for this browser.
Send your message
Type your message and submit. The thread is identified by the access key — keep this window open for replies to arrive in the same conversation.
Poll for replies
The thread polls every five seconds for new operator messages. Replies appear inline; you can keep responding without leaving the page.
Reset if needed
The reset button on the thread header starts a new conversation. The previous access key is preserved for the next message if you keep the window open.
What the support desk typically handles
Install and package fingerprint
If the verified APK install fails or the package fingerprint does not match, send the device model, Android version and the operator page URL where you saw the fingerprint.
Account, KYC and wallet
PAN, document upload, KYC review window, deposit-cap changes, wallet top-up and withdrawal flow questions all route through the same desk.
Promotions, race and VIP
Welcome bonus stacking, daily race rank queries, VIP tier movement and level-up bonus questions land on the operator's promotions desk.
Responsible play
Deposit cap changes, cool-off windows and self-exclusion requests are handled inside the verified app's account panel. The support desk escalates anything that needs operator review.
What this site does not publish
No phone numbers. No office addresses. No email fallback. No claim about response-time windows. The only contact surface is the /contact/ route. If you see any of those elsewhere on the web, they are not endorsed by this profile.
How quickly the support desk responds
The support desk polls for new operator messages every five seconds. The first reply on a new ticket typically arrives within a few minutes during business hours (09:00-21:00 IST) and within an hour outside business hours. The desk does not publish a guaranteed response window; the live polling model means a reply can arrive at any moment.
The desk handles install failures, account and KYC questions, promotion and VIP queries, and responsible-use control changes. Topics that need operator-level escalation route from the desk to the operator's customer-experience team.
What not to send through the support desk
Do not send PAN numbers, Aadhaar numbers, full bank account numbers or any other highly sensitive personal data through the support desk. The desk handles these through the in-app KYC flow, where they are captured against the verified operator surfaces. The /contact/ thread is for troubleshooting questions, not for sensitive data capture.
Do not send screenshots of card statements, bank balances or any other financial account details. The /contact/ thread is identified by a private access key, but it is not the place for sensitive data.
