If the install fails

Signature mismatch
If the fingerprint on the operator page does not match what your device reports, do not proceed. Reach the support desk instead.
What the package asks for
The verified installer requests the minimum permissions it needs to run the platform. Each request corresponds to a platform feature — payments, KYC, push notifications.

Android version support in detail
The verified installer supports Android 7.0 (Nougat) and above. Devices running Android 6.x or earlier cannot install the package — the installer rejects the install and surfaces a system-level prompt. There is no backward-compatible build because the third-party providers in the 973-game catalogue require the modern Android security model.
On Android 12 and later, the install-from-this-source toggle is per-source and resets once the APK is open. If the visit is interrupted and the user reopens the package, the toggle may need to be re-enabled. On Android 11 and earlier, the toggle persists across installs from the same source.
Security and signature checks
The verified package is signed by the operator. The package signing fingerprint is published on the operator's package page and can be cross-checked against what the device reports. What changes on the device after install

The verified app does not install any companion app. There is no second wallet, no second login flow and no separate data tracker. The package handles all four product categories (rummy, casino, fantasy, sports) inside a single shell.
Removing the package
Long-press the brand mark on the home screen and tap Uninstall. The package removes itself and clears its data folder. The wallet on the operator's servers is unaffected — reinstalling the package on the same device, or installing it on a different device, restores the wallet after KYC re-runs.
If a self-exclusion has been activated before the uninstall, the exclusion applies across reinstalls. The exclusion cannot be circumvented by uninstalling and reinstalling the package.
